Being a teacher and administrator myself in an outside school I approached Chartwell guarded but desperately needing help for my own children. No matter how hard I fought for them in the public system they were not thriving. The first conversation with Danielle had my guards down and my heart soaring. This could be the place that changes everything for my kids. 4 years later and her smiling face still reminds me of that pivotal change in our family.
A few years in my dad had to pick up my son and he walked on campus and Danielle immediately greeted him and said “You must be J’s grandpa!” He was like “how did you know that?” She said “oh I can tell you look just like him!” That is telling how of well she knows her school. Not to mention I don’t know how she remembers every car in carline no matter who I send to pick up J.
But all of that is silly compared to how she honors my kids for exactly who they are. She genuinely is so happy to be serving students and teachers. And she cares❤️
